Founded in 2007 by Chavonna Coles, Dream Design Inc. is a fully licensed and bonded Illinois construction firm dedicated to building affordable, high-quality residential and commercial spaces that uplift and enhance Chicagoland communities. Guided by the belief that “the only truly sustainable community is one built in balance with the natural environment,” we combine expert planning with a commitment to excellence.
As a trailblazing African American woman in a male-dominated industry and a survivor of a life-altering accident Ms. Coles brings unmatched drive and dedication to every project. Her leadership ensures that our workmanship not only meets expectations, but exceeds them.
